Gas Pump Fun by The Happy Couple

I’m sure you guys have seen this video by now. How great was this?! Will and his wife of 12 years stopped to get some gas and were filmed by the camera’s of NBC’s Tonight Show with Jay Leno. The happy (and talented) couple was offered free gas if they would do a karaoke performance. I was so excited to see a happy and fun loving couple like Will & Monifah! Who wouldn’t want a love like this?! A family that’s able to have fun and joke around together stays together … Wishing Will & Monifah many more happy years together. Bless you guys <3

My healthier version of pizza and chips.Recipe - Put a thin layer of olive oil into a pan and put it into your pre-heated oven (about 200°C) - Take a smallish sweet potato and cut into half then half again, before cutting into roughly shaped cubes. No need to peel and add whatever seasoning you fancy, then another lashing of olive oil to make sure all sides of your potato chunks are covered.- Set your timer for about 20-25 mins and pop the potato in.- Take a roasted red pepper from it’s jar and lay it out on another tray. Add a cheese of your choice, cherry tomatoes and whatever topping you fancy. I went for red onion and rocket but if I had any I would have put some olives on there as well.- When the potatoes have been in for about 15 minutes, your oven should be hot enough that it cooks the ‘pizza’ pretty quickly. Just keep an eye on it to make it doesn’t burn.- Take the potatoes from the over and put them on a couple sheets of kitchen towl to absorb any excess oil. Then change your oven to it’s grill setting and leave the pepper and veg underneath for a couple to make the cheese all golden and delicious. - Voila! So simple and easy to make and aside from the cheese, it’s all veg and health.
